Mark Westlock

The majority owner of MVPm, I served in the US Navy as Supply Officer and worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Sales Person and Sales Manager. I earned my MBA at Washington University in St Louis and eventually created MVPm in 2010 to first provide Property Management services to my investment properties and then to other investors that sought the services of a professional property manager. In addition to overseeing all aspects of MVPm, I directly manage Property Management, accounting and legal issues.

Jaymes Dearing

Jaymes Dearing, Owner/Broker, RE Source, LLC has been a licensed real estate agent since 1993. He obtained his broker’s license and formed RE Source in 2001.

Jaymes’ specialty is St. Louis City, but he covers the entire state of Missouri, primarily handling commercial and investment property, but also regularly handling residential transactions.

In 2013 Mr. Dearing was elected by his peers to serve on the Board of Directors of SLAR’s Commercial Division. In 2014 he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from SLAR. In 2015 Mr. Dearing was appointed by the Mayor to the Civil Rights Enforcement Agency.
